Esquire Innovations Reports Increased Demand for Document Production and Productivity Applications
iScrub metadata management tool remains firm favorite
Temecula, CA – February 28th, 2007 - Esquire Innovations, Inc., a leading provider of Microsoft Office integration software services and applications for the legal market, today announced the addition of 50 new firms over the past five months, including Ohio-based Bricker & Eckler LLP, Boston’s Brown Rudnick, Bush Ross, P.A. in Orlando, Taylor Porter Brooks & Phillips LLP from Baton Rouge, and San Francisco-based Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP.
Among the new wins, the most requested Esquire offerings included iScrub, a metadata management tool; iRedline, a redlining tool for MS Word and Excel; iCreate, used for template and macro production, and the iOffice System, a bundled package of Esquire’s flagship document production tools including iCreate and iScrub, iDocID, and iRedline.
Among notable purchasing trends, law firms are accelerating roll-outs of metadata management tools (especially in the wake of last December’s FRCP changes and the broadening of ‘electronically stored information’ terminology); firm-wide production tools are replacing "one-off" custom systems created for individual practice groups; firms with outdated and ‘difficult to use’ document template offerings are implementing iCreate as a cost-effective and reliable alternative; and increased user training (driven from within the firm) is helping spread user adoption, especially among attorneys.
