iDocID automates the insertion of a document file name in to the document footer.
A document ID (identifier) is a document?s filename (or filename and path) or document number as stored in a document management system (DMS). iDocID is integrated with several document management systems including Open Text, Interwoven, WORLDOX and NetDocuments.
iDocID provides centralized administration for establishing the default behavior of iDocID. Placement, format, elements and frequency options are provided. If desired, options can be provided to end-users for changing the DocID at will for establishing personal settings.
